In October 2013, Jack became the first child from Donegal to use BUMBLEance. His journey was far more comfortable in the state-of-the-art BUMBLEance than in any previous mode of transport. Jack spent the trip laughing, singing, playing on the iPad and watching DVD’s. BUMBLEance helped to relieve the hassle and the tension for his parents, Ruth and Kenneth, who said that they “arrived in Temple Street, stress free and happy.” When his treatment was completed, and it was time to go home, Jack’s face lit up when he saw BUMBLEance waiting outside.
